At Evening Embroidery, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please note that selecting a faster shipping method does not expedite the processing time. It only affects the transit time once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping destinations!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Evening Embroidery is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@eveningembroidery.com.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
