Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Evening Embroidery, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not accept returns, we offer even exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate an exchange or request store credit, please contact us at support@eveningembroidery.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Please note: If store credit is issued, the original shipping cost for the item will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending your item back. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
